You can rest assured that our policy is to provide our engineers with top quality training to ensure competence. We employ many high quality young people every year who justify their selection by regularly winning the majority of the top industry awards at the Construction Industry Training Board (CITB) annual Apprentice Awards event. Mature employees are registered on relevant NVQ programmes upon entering the industry and are continually encouraged to actively work towards prompt achievement of the award. All our site-based people have safety accreditation to work on general, rail and power distribution sites.
